These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HUEBLOC Trading, including our website, curriculum, live sessions, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for, purchasing, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
HUEBLOC Trading is intended for informational and educational purposes and is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where its content or membership would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you.
HUEBLOC Trading provides access to educational content, a structured curriculum, and live sessions focused on trading discipline, strategy, and personal development as a trader.
The specific content and features included with your membership are described at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time as outlined in Section 10.
Trading financial instruments of any kind — including but not limited to stocks, forex, futures, options, and cryptocurrency — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Nothing provided through the Services — including curriculum materials, live sessions, or mentor commentary — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. HUEBLOC Trading is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and no content should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
In short: HUEBLOC Trading provides education, structure, and community — not guarantees. Past performance, whether shared by HUEBLOC, its mentors, or other members, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Membership is granted upon successful payment through our designated payment processor. Access to gated content is unlocked automatically once your payment is confirmed and tied to the email address used at registration.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and email information. HUEBLOC Trading is not liable for any loss of access resulting from an incorrect or inaccessible email address on file.
HUEBLOC Trading membership is a single one-time payment of $50. This payment grants ongoing access to the curriculum, live sessions, and mentor access described at checkout — there is no recurring charge and no subscription to manage.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital educational content and the immediate access granted to curriculum materials upon purchase, HUEBLOC Trading does not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
HUEBLOC Trading may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund is not an entitlement and does not set a precedent for future requests. If a refund is issued for any reason, HUEBLOC Trading reserves the right to revoke access to the Services immediately upon that refund being processed.
All curriculum materials, playbooks, branding, graphics, and content provided through the Services are the property of HUEBLOC Trading and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any HUEBLOC Trading content without prior written permission.
HUEBLOC Trading reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we determine — in good faith — to be harmful to the community.
You may discontinue use of the Services at any time. As described in Section 5, termination of your access does not entitle you to a refund.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. HUEBLOC Trading does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any trading outcome, result, or level of skill will be achieved through use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUEBLOC Trading, its founders, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In no event shall HUEBLOC Trading's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for membership in the [12] months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services or for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted within the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
